Requests can be forwarded to NHQ CAP/DO at do@capnhq.gov, but must be approved through the chain of command before NHQ CAP/DO can review and coordinate final approval when necessary. Specifically, all such supplements must be reviewed and approved by the CAP Region, CAP-USAF Liaison Region, and CAP-USAF/XO before NHQ CAP/DO can approve it.
Important Note: All supplements to previous versions of CAPR 60-3 must be updated and recertified, or approved by NHQ, within 6 months of CAPR 60-3's new issue date. If there are no changes to the supplement, it may simply be updated and recertified, then sent directly to NHQ (in MS Word format) for posting. If there are any changed, the supplement must be updated and sent through the approval process as outlined in CAPR 60-3. Updated supplements to CAPR 60-3, dated 26 Dec 12, are due by 26 Jun 13.
